Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Freckled Poppy finds, but if a piece doesn't work out, we accept returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, your store credit will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
